The MG42 becomes unlocked after reaching the first prestige in the Armored Division. It can be equipped in your loadouts, but it’s also available directly on the battlefield in maps like Pointe du Hoc and Gibraltar. Known for its highest rate of fire in its class, this weapon packs a punch.

Attachments and Division
Besides the bipod, the Armored Division doesn’t add much to your LMG class. It is more situational, offering excellent protection against lethal and tactical equipment.
