WWII: Strengths and Basic Training

The advantages have not completely disappeared from the WWII multiplayer experience; instead, they have been replaced by base training specific to all divisions. Below, you will find a comprehensive list of the available training options.


This new direction was embraced by Sledgehammer Games as it brought a fresh approach to the multiplayer dynamics of Call of Duty. By revamping the class system in WWII, players are now faced with the task of selecting from five distinct divisions, each tailored to different play styles. The traditional advantages have been replaced with training options. While each division has its unique training sessions, players can still personalize their gameplay by selecting a universal base training available across all divisions.

Base Training Options (Attributes)

Recon: Bullet damage highlights enemies on the mini-map for your team.
Bonus: Reveals enemy scorestreak bonuses on the mini-map.

Launch: Use a rocket launcher as a secondary weapon and resupply ammo from slain enemies without explosives.

Requisitions: Scorestreak bonuses do not reset upon death, though they are more costly and can only be acquired once.

Instincts: Alerts you when targeted outside of your field of vision and detects enemy explosive devices.
Rifleman: Carry two primary weapons and switch between them faster.
Hyperactive: Reload faster while sprinting.
Eagle Eye: Increased enemy identification range and the area covered by the mini-map.
Gunslinger: Shoot while sprinting and diving.
Ammunition: Less expensive scorestreak bonuses and a second chance when opening your strategic packages.
Reactive: Additional accessory for the primary weapon and you flinch less when shot.

Stealthy: Your reticle and name color remain unchanged when enemies are targeting you.
Bonus: Locations of eliminations are hidden.

Razor: Use a melee weapon as your primary arm and gain increased speed in close combat.
Bonus: Two throwing knives and two tactical equipment pieces.

Dualist: Carry two pistols as your secondary weapon.
Bonus: Additional pistol ammo.

Scavenger: Collect ammo from killed enemies and switch weapons more quickly.
Boom: Gain a Mk2 fragmentation grenade as lethal equipment and an extra tactical piece.

Flank Guard: By moving quickly, you will not be detected by enemy reconnaissance devices.
Bonus: Delay enemy mine explosions.

Aimer: When aiming, experience less sway and move faster.
Energetic: Recover quicker after a sprint and take no fall damage.

Hidden: Warning when a grenade is thrown and take less explosive damage.
Bonus: Reset the fuse of Mk2 fragmentation grenades when thrown back.

Stealth: Move quietly and faster while crouched.
Unconscious: Get a British NO 69 as tactical equipment and an additional lethal equipment.
