In our quest to quench your thirst for legendary weapons, we’ve put together this guide to show you how to obtain the legendary weapon “Iron-Willed Nimble Jack” in Borderlands 3.
During our adventures in Borderlands 3, we stumbled upon a surprisingly powerful legendary weapon. We thought it would be a great idea to share this discovery with you. Introducing the “Iron-Willed Nimble Jack,” a unique legendary weapon that you can acquire after progressing through the game’s story. Let’s get started!
How to Obtain It?
Acquiring this weapon is a bit complex, but don’t worry; we’ve got you covered. During the quest “Space Lasertag”, which takes you to Skywell-27, you’ll have the chance to acquire this unique legendary weapon. Follow the quest until Rhys instructs you to jump into the hole shown in the screenshot below. Once you’re at the bottom, move forward until you reach the scenery shown in the second screenshot.
Turn left into what appears to be a dead-end. Look for the large fan slightly below; jump onto it. Then, as shown in the last screenshot, navigate behind the rock and reach the area left behind the fan by jumping. You’ll find yourself facing “Belle Jackie,” one of Zero’s targets.
The mini-boss is not a pushover; you’re facing the biggest fan of handsome Jack still alive, and just like him, she packs a punch. Keep your action skills ready for this battle, as “Belle Jackie” regenerates a substantial amount of shield, so you’ll need to burst her down or use an appropriate electricity-based weapon. Upon her defeat, she has a chance to drop the “Iron-Willed Nimble Jack.” The drop rate seems relatively low, but you can retry as many times as necessary by leaving the area and returning.

This shotgun made by Jakobs will serve you well. It’s powerful, boasting great base damage and the effect is superb: its accuracy is perfect when you’re in the air, and critical hits ricochet a bullet to the nearest enemy. Use this weapon with a mobile build that charges into the fray to shove your barrel into your enemies’ heads. If you’re playing Zane and focusing on the blue skill tree, we definitely recommend this weapon. There’s no doubt it will be effective.
We acquired the weapon at level 19, and it was quite useful. Those of you with a more aggressive playstyle will be thrilled. Check out the stats in the image below:
