How to Obtain It
Here’s where we might disappoint you… This unique legendary weapon seems to be a world drop from what we’ve gathered. It appears you can snag it from just about anywhere in the Borderlands 3 universe. In our case, we found it in a Jakobs chest during our adventure on the planet Eden-6. We’ll update this guide should we learn more about its specific drop conditions.
Double-Penetrating Shredded Laser-Sploder Overview
This assault rifle is made by Torgue and is currently one of the best weapons we’ve encountered. While we were lucky, if you come across it, don’t part with it unless you’re 15 levels above its current level. Let’s quickly describe what this weapon can do: it continuously fires an incendiary laser that deals significant damage, plus it shoots explosive rounds, causing area damage during the laser animation.
