A wide variety of accessories can be found throughout the Blackout map, which can be attached to your weapons if there are available slots. If you run out of slots, any additional accessories will be stored in your inventory.
Note that certain “signature” weapons come pre-equipped with accessories when picked up. You can completely unequip these accessories (by holding the square button on the weapon in your inventory) to keep only those that are useful to you.
