The mission alternates between traversing Harrow’s brain and battling intruders in your HQ. Thus, be sure to upgrade your weapons and gear at the various workstations in The Tower.
The segments inside Harrow’s brain are straightforward:
- First memory: converse with her child version and then touch the mirror to shatter it into three pieces.
- Retrieve the three mirror pieces by solving the puzzle (see part 2 of the guide).
- Restore the elevator’s power during the dark segment: turn on your flashlight, press the pad (or equivalent depending on your platform) to locate the electricity generators, and face off against the zombies.
- Time trial: you have 30 seconds to reach the office door. Achieving this on your first attempt is impossible, but don’t worry; your progress is saved. Thus, make a first attempt to grasp a weapon, and a second to gain the grappling hook. With it, you can speedrun the course. After consulting the disk, leave the office.
- Defeat the zombies: enjoy unlimited ammunition, though note that the three waves feature different weapons—one with a submachine gun, another with a shotgun, and the last with Akimbo weapons (beware, the monsters explode, so it’s best to eliminate them from a distance).
- Chase sequence: the final segment is straight out of a Michael Bay film. Suspended from a helicopter, defeat the zombies and keep running without pause.

The most challenging phase involves the mirror puzzle. After the mirror shatters into three fragments, you’ll need to unlock a padlocked chest to retrieve the first piece. The code for this box can only be acquired by finding three numbers scattered across the map. Again, briefly press the pad on your controller to highlight the orange points indicating where to search. Each time, look for a door lit by a lamp.
The combination for the chest is only correct if you remember the numbers in this order:
- Office Code: look on the child’s desk; you’ll see three school reports—keep the one with the highest grade (9).
- Scout Code: investigate the shelf with trophies; count them (7) and deduct the number of badges (6), giving you (1).
- Snack Code: check the number of guests drinking tea (there are 4 toys/plushies) and double it (8). To reach this spot, simply lie down to crawl under the bed.
