You’ve nearly completed Borderlands 3, but you’re still missing some crew challenges. Here’s the final installment of our guide to Typhon recordings on the planet Nekrotafeyo.
Congratulations on reaching the ultimate guide to Typhon’s recordings and hiding spots! You are close to claiming all the loot that Typhon has left behind. We hope lady luck has indeed favored you, and that you continue to encounter legendary weapons in Borderlands 3. Let’s dive into the final part of our guide.
Note:
The order in which the recordings are listed is completely arbitrary and unimportant; it is merely for your convenience.
Ends of Desolation
Welcome to a new area on a new planet—what a refreshing change! This is genuinely one of the most stunning zones in the game. Below, you will find a map highlighting the locations of the recordings and Typhon’s hidden stash.
The first two recordings are easily accessible, so head over to the marked locations on the map.
The third recording is located at a far end of the map, but it’s straightforward to retrieve—just go get it.
Typhon’s hidden stash is essentially a cave adorned with Eridian ornaments. You only need to cross the waterfall to find it.
Tazendeer Ruins
Welcome to the second zone of this unpronounceable planet. Maliwan is still lurking around, and they haven’t become any less annoying. Below, you’ll find a map illustrating the locations of the recordings and Typhon’s stash.
The first two recordings are straightforward to obtain, but you’ll need to do a bit of walking and take down a few enemies. Follow our plan!
The third recording is located at the far end of the map, in an area you will encounter with Typhon DeLeon during the main quest. Don’t worry; just continue with the story, and everything will be fine.
Typhon’s final stash is in an empty space on your map. In reality, you just need to look for an entry among the roots in the environment, and you will find your last loot hiding place a bit lower down.
