How to Obtain Cloud Kill

You will get this weapon at the very end of the main quest “Under Meridien.” Be sure to complete all the side objectives within that quest, like talking to Ava, before submitting your progress. This is how we did it, and we’re not certain if the weapon is available without completing those tasks, so just to be safe, follow our lead. It’s as straightforward as can be – one quest, some extra objectives, and voilà, a unique legendary weapon!

Cloud Kill: A Closer Look

This SMG crafted by Maliwan (yes, another one) has some intriguing qualities. At first glance, firing it doesn’t present any remarkable features. You might even be tempted to sell it until we step in to change your mind. The weapon’s effect is surprisingly useful: it charges slightly before rapidly firing corrosive projectiles. When you hit enemies with these projectiles, they create a cloud of corrosive poison that lingers for several seconds, dealing area-of-effect damage. Suffocating enemies in clouds of corrosive poison—this will certainly appeal to players who favor elemental damage!
