We’ve updated our guide on Crew Challenges, revealing locations for the Legendary Hunts in Borderlands 3.
Borderlands 3 takes leaps forward compared to its predecessor in many aspects. Here, we’ll dive into the Crew Challenges. Your crew members will put you to the test by asking you to find items or eliminate monsters scattered across the map. These tasks can be completed in various zones throughout the game and can lead you to numerous legendary weapons.
Crew Challenges: A Complete Guide
Rewards
As mentioned earlier, you can complete Crew Challenges in each area of the game. These challenges yield experience, Eridium, and cash rewards, making them essential to tackle. To illustrate how this works, let’s break it down further.
To access the window captured below, open your map and navigate to the Challenges tab. Here, you’ll see what items you need to find on the map. Crew Challenge elements are often well-hidden and will only be marked on your map once you are close to them. They appear as green diamonds with an icon inside, similar to what is shown in the screen on the right (this is an example, as there are various icons depending on the challenge type).
Once you complete the Crew Challenges, they will be marked as validated and will appear grayed out on your map. To track your progress in the Crew Challenges for a particular zone, refer to the list in the screen capture shown below on the right.
There are several types of Crew Challenges you’ll encounter:
- Typhon’s Loot
- Typhon’s Logs
- Decaying Claptrap (Claptrap)
- Legendary Hunt (Hammerlock)
- Crimson Radio (Moxxi)
- Target Practice (Ellie)
- Target of Opportunity (Zero)
Shortly, you will find guides for each type of Crew Challenge on the site, covering each of the planets in the game.
