How to Restore Power and Unlock the Terminus Secret?
This essential first step is crucial in the Zombie map. Don’t worry, it isn’t too difficult. You’ll need to collect Essence by taking down the first few zombies you encounter. With the collected essences, activate the CME generators and the doors leading to the biological laboratory, where you’ll find the all-important Pack-a-Punch and be able to start the Terminus secret.
Build the Miracle Weapon Beamsmasher DRI-11
Much like in other maps, getting this miracle weapon can be done through a mystery box or a loot key. If you aren’t lucky enough to find it that way, you’ll have to build it. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to do this:
Obtain the Secret Music of Terminus
Each zombie map has its unique secret music. To activate the music in Terminus, you’ll need to locate three hidden audio headsets on the map and interact with them. Here’s where to find them:
- Engineering Workshop,
- Biological Laboratory,
- Mining Tunnels
Find Keys for the Armory
To spend your loot keys and hope to acquire a miracle weapon like the laser pistol, you must access the Armory, located at the very beginning of the map in the control center. To obtain keys, take out as many elite zombies as possible, such as the Butchers or the Abominations.
By opening the lockers, you might find some impressive weapons, grenades, stimulants, and other injectors.
Dig Up Mounds with Shovels!
If you come across a shovel on the Terminus map, pick it up immediately. While it can help take down a few zombies, its main utility is elsewhere. Shovels can be found easily on the islands surrounding the laboratory, as well as in tunnels and mining caves.
Now, look for small mounds of dirt with bones scattered about the map and… dig! You might unearth useful treasures such as weapons, accessories, materials, or cans.
Summon the Mega Cuddle Monster
This adorable creature is found in the “Quarters” area where you can summon it. Before doing so, you’ll need to find six plush toys scattered throughout the map and shoot them in this precise order:
- Duck Plush: found in the dumpster on the wreck,
- Elephant Plush: in the mining tunnels, right next to the Gubblegum dispenser,
- Giraffe Plush: on the crab island, between the workbench and the wall weapon.
- Bear Plush: on one of the medical posts in the biological laboratory,
- Unicorn Plush: in one of the lockers in the control center,
- Monkey Plush: stuck in the mesh of the path leading to the sea tower.
Return to the Quarters and interact with the unicorn plush sitting on the bed next to the CME.
Complete the Culinary Experience Trophy
One of the game’s achievements requires you to “consume a cooked fish with a special ingredient.” Here’s how to do it:
Find the Unicorns
You’ll need to find two unicorns: while looking to restore power, head to the control center to find one in a locker. The second lies on a bed on the same level as the second CME generator (remember to retrieve the tactical item it drops).
Gather the Ingredients
Once the power is restored, embark on a quest for the following ingredients:
- Mushroom: found on the upper floor of the second CME area in the Quarters, above the refrigerator,
- Batteries: on the desk in the engineering workshop,
- Chili Sauce: between two crates of vegetables in the MESS (the cafeteria),
- Oil: on the shelf next to the stoves in the MESS,
Fish Preparation
With the ingredients in hand, head to the cafeteria (MESS) and interact with the cooking plate multiple times until the dish is complete and the achievement activates.
Treasure Hunter Success: Find the Last Talisman
Another trophy is obtained by “finding the last talisman.” To start, go to the mining tunnels and break the wall next to the Quick Revive Perk-A-Cola. This wall can’t be broken until you’ve first consumed a Tough Melee Perk-A-Cola located on the floor below in the Biological Laboratory.
You will then see the ghost pirate and a map on the wall:
Now follow these steps one by one as indicated by the pirate (you need to return to him after each step):
- Find the sunken watch: head to the island mentioned by the captain to retrieve the watch that fell into the water at the northern tip.
- Locate the three skeletons: go to the islands indicated by the pirate (temple island, wreck, and castle rock island), kill the skeletons with a Molotov cocktail, then take out the priority targets they summon to retrieve cursed pieces.
- Retrieve the ancient talisman: it’s on crab island, where you simply need to wait (while eliminating zombies for 3 or 4 rounds) until a large chest appears.
Activate God Mode on Terminus

- On crab island, there’s a crate hidden behind a tree at the top of the rocks. Destroy it with a Molotov cocktail to spawn crabs. Kill them to start a mini-game!
